What is teamfeepay AND WHY ARE WE USING IT?
TeamFeePay is a digital platform designed for sports clubs to automate memberships, payments, and communication, reducing administrative work for staff and volunteers.
It allows members to register, pay subscriptions and buy club gear online, providing treasurers with automated tracking for revenue and fees.
How is payment handled inside TEAMFEEPAY and who takes my card details?
The card details are registered through a provider called Stripe. Stripe handles millions of card transactions and users of the system include Google and Amazon. Burnley CC and Team FeePay will not have access to your card details.
Stripe has previously been used by BCC to sell tickets to Champions Dinners, the Worsley Cup Final 2025 and other social events.
